Once The Hattens started to expand, we were presented with an opportunity to further another client's success in the DOD Travel Management program. Though this was a new sector for us, we were able to collaborate with Niksoft in order to understand their vision and then successfully streamline, standardize and increase the Travel Management program located on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Currently, Niksoft is successfully managing over 1000 travel requests from booking to reimbursement all with the plan we laid out for them. After our success in Travel Management with Niksoft, The Hattens became known as an expert in successfully managing a company’s travel needs. After that partnership, we were sought after by Solutions Through Innovative Technologies Inc. (STI-TEC) to help them expand their program in order to catch up with their growth. Our confidence and innovation coupled with their vision and support allowed us to build a partnership that still exists today. We currently solely manage their entire travel program which has grown from 150 travelers to well over 300 travelers in a 1 year. With their belief in us, we are excited to say that our initial plan has evolved into a fully automated system that books and expenses travel requests to the individual traveler’s delight. ST-TEC and The Hattens are joined together for a partnership that will pave the way for exponential growth in various sectors of the federal government such as DOD, NDSEG Fellowship, DOJ/DOMEX and USCG.
